WE SHIP TO THE ADDRESS THAT YOU PROVIDE AS YOUR "SHIPPING ADDRESS" IN YOUR WEBSTORE ACCOUNT. Some people have different billing addresses on their AMAZON and Paypal accounts. It is VERY important that you indicate your "shipping" address on your webstore account. If in doubt, please contact us via email to verify where you would like the order shipped. Do this quickly because we ship out ASAP!
We currently do not offer international shipping. It is just too difficult to keep up with changing laws regarding various vitamins and herbs in foreign countries.
Shipping Carriers We Use:
USPS. We ship either First Class or Priority depending on the weight of your order. According to USPS, Priority and First Class shipments take 1-5 business days. We upload your tracking number ASAP and we ship the same business day as your purchase.
If we special order an item for you, it might ship from the manufacturer, directly to you. Some of our supplement manufacturers use UPS and Fedex. There will always be a tracking number and we will provide it to you ASAP!
If you need products delivered overnight to a hotel or venue, please contact us to make arrangements. We are more than happy to accommodate these requests for an additional cost.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging and USPS is the preferred method. Please contact us prior to the return so that we are aware of the problem. If you are returning due to your own error, such as incorrect or insufficient address, wrong item purchased or no longer wanted/needed, you will be credited minus a return shipping/restocking fee. Typically about 15% of item value. Ask in advance and we can tell you exactly how much.
Once we receive and process your return, expect your refund within 1-2 days of its arrival at our returns location. Your refund will be issued to the same source by which your order was paid. If you are returning due to your own error, such as incorrect or insufficient address, wrong item purchased or no longer wanted/needed, you will be credited minus a return shipping/restocking fee. If you received a faulty item, please email and notify us of the problem immediately. If this was a result of damage in shipping, it may be covered by USPS insurance. You will need to take photos and keep all packaging for USPS to process a damage claim.
Damaged in Shipping:
If your shipment was damaged in transit, please email us and we will gladly send a replacement. USPS requires that you keep all the original packaging with the damaged product. It is recommended that you photograph the product exactly as you received it and notify us by email with photos as soon as possible so that USPS can be notified. Any product(s) returned must follow our Exchange and Return policy.
Please note that the dates on Nutri-West products (as well as some other supplement companies) are MANUFACTURE (MFG) dates and NOT expiration dates. All of our products are very fresh, stored in a climate and humidity controlled environment and always handled according to the manufacturer’s guidelines. We have a very high turnover and on certain products noted, we only buy it when you request it so that you receive the freshest stock available.
Several companies use herbal, vegetable and fruit complexes and their products color can vary from batch to batch. I see this often with Nutri-West. There is no need to be alarmed by this as all of these products are third party tested to meet stringent quality standards and what the label says is exactly what you are getting!
